Warranty Replacement Information

HOW TO EXCHANGE:

• STEP 1: Complete the replacement form and enclose it with the product you would like replace.

• STEP 2: Include a copy of your receipt from authorized seller.
• STEP 3: Don’t forget to include payment to cover the return shipping and handling of the replacement. You may pay for the shipping option on the warranty form by credit card or money order. Please make money orders payable to Exceon.
  • $9.95 USD if shipping to the Continental U.S.
  • $29.95 USD if shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada
• Step 4: Please Include your contact information including the address you would like your replacement sent.

Please retain tracking information for proof of delivery. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method like Federal Express or UPS who both offer Delivery Confirmation.

For replacement notification updates please be sure to supply a legible email address. Please allow a 4-6 week turnaround.

Terms & Conditions

All Sedu Revolution tools carry a two (2) year limited warranty [Sedu ICON Prive holds a 6yr warranty and Sedu ICON Styling Iron holds 3 years] against damage caused by faulty material and/or workmanship from date of purchase, in which Sedu will repair or replace your item with a like refurbished product. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, attempts at repair or the use of unauthorized attachments.

Please retain a copy of the original receipt for your records as it will be required to process any warranty submission. The warranty is effective from purchase date verified on receipt. We cannot honor warranty for any product purchased from an unauthorized seller. We do not replace the product outside of the warranty period.
